Sadly we have had to say goodbye to our precious Elsa after a short illness on 13th September 2023. We are devastated by her loss at only 10.5 years of age. Run free at the bridge sweetheart, Mum Ziva & Granny Millie will be waiting for you.

Elsa & her sister Tara were from Ziva’s first litter. They had to be hand reared as after the birth Ziva was poorly and lost all her milk. I can honestly say its the hardest thing I have ever done, feeding every hour 24/7 for the first few days then every 2 hours. Luckily, Ziva still wanted to mother them and was able to keep them clean, it was just the milk she didnt have. Hand rearing them created a very strong between us and so they both just stayed with us.
Elsa is a sweet girl, never a show girl however in her later years she did go in the show ring when she was 6! I took her just for the day out as at the time I had nothing to show. She achieved a Reserve place in Open bitch so was only 1 place of getting her stud book number…not bad for a girl that had never been on a show lead! She also passed her Good Citizens Bronze award at the same age. Elsa has always been willing to please and loves to be involved with whatever is going, a loving girl who very much likes the company of other dogs & her humans.
